She was born Nov. 25, 1917, in Herington, the daughter of Albert J. and Theresa (Cosgrove) Mullin.
She was the city clerk for the city of Herington for many years until she retired in 1983. She was an active member of the St. John’s Catholic Church and the Herington Hospital Auxiliary. She graduated from Herington High School with the class of 1936.
Survivors include her three nieces and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, James Mullin, Francis Mullin and Joseph Mullin, who died in infancy.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 15, at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Herington, with Father Mark Wesely officiating; committal will follow in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Herington.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Herington Chapel. A rosary will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
