The Abilene Police Department made two arrests Monday and Tuesday.
Germain C. Clemente, 33, of Abilene was arrested for multiple counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child on April 2.
The crimes are alleged to have occurred in the early 2000s in rural Abilene. Clemente is currently being held in the Dickinson County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bond.
Lori A. Collie, 55, of Solomon was arrested for 14 felony counts of making false information, and two counts of felony theft related to embezzlement from her former employer. Collie was employed as a benefits clerk for ALCO when the crimes are alleged to have occurred.
