Annie Johnsonís memorial benefit for hospice has expanded.
The Reflector-Chronicle ran an article on the concerts at the Abilene Elkís Club Saturday night with all of the proceeds going to the Dickinson County Hospice.
Four bands: Chapman Creek, Larryís Country Cadillac, Alice Thomasí Classic Heart and Cuzter have donated their time for the benefit.
Saturdayís activities now include a pulled pork dinner and a prize giveaway donated by local businesses.
Activities start at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 20 with all of the donations going to the Dickinson County Hospice.
The evening is being made possible by friends of Don and Annie Johnson. Annie died of cancer on April 24.
