In celebration of the completion of its new facility, Memorial Hospital plans to host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, June 29.
Senator Jerry Moran will serve as the keynote speaker. After his remarks, hospital employees will offer guided tours into places the public does not normally see, such as the operating room and the laboratory.
“Memorial Hospital exists to serve for our community and is a vital part of our community,” Ann Brussow, public marketing and communications director for Memorial Health System, said. “So, we hope people will be interested to come and view what has been built to care for them.”
The ceremony is set to begin at 9 a.m. under the hospital’s front canopy. Tours will run from 9:45 a.m. – 11 a.m. Refreshments will be served in the hospital lobby.
