The Arts Council of Dickinson County will host an artist reception for Abilene resident and photographer Ann Manning. The exhibit will feature more than 20 years of photography through the eyes of Manning.

This exhibit will also feature past entries by Manning that she had entered in the Arts Council’s annual photography contest.

The reception will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, in the West Gallery at the Arts Council of Dickinson County at the Sunflower Hotel, 409 NW Third. Refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public.
